Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide advice and assistance to the Company's leasing and marketing divisions in building and technical matters;
• Participate in the review and feasibility analysis of enhancement & development work for Company premises as well as undertake building projects;
• Handle building orders with external consultants and government departments;
• Prepare marketing signage on potential sales of properties and companies;
• Liaise with contractors and external consultant on ad hoc projects;
• Research on new signage and renovation design;
• Handle technical, project and R&M matters, perform trouble shooting and problem solving on facilities issues.

Requirements:

• A degree holder in building services/ real estate or related disciplines; preferably a Chartered Surveyor and member of related professional bodies;
• Possess at least 10 years of technical and facility management experience for real estate premises;
• Fluent with government legislation on building requirements with plenty of practical experience handling related matters, able to provide effective and professional advices;
• Possess good common sense, problem solving ability, teamwork and communication skills;
• Effective management, organization and analytical skills;
• Mature and possess a “CAN_DO” attitude and learning quotient;
• Suitable candidates with less experience may be appointed as Assistant Project Manager.
