Job Description
Responsibilities:
l Provide full spectrum of quality leasing services including implementation of strategy and prospecting and tenancy administration
l Prepare annual budgets and forecasts, manage costs and investment feasibility studies
l Maintain the good relationship with the tenants
l Conduct periodic market research and analyses
Requirements
l Degree holder in Business, Marketing, or related discipline
l Minimum 5 years or above retail leasing experience with minimum 3 years at supervisory level in a sizeable company in retail industry
l Good command of English and Chinese
l Proficient in MS Office application
l Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
l Strong market sense gained from shopping mall developer/fund or international retailer
