Job Description
Responsibilities
l Responsible for the overall daily operation and management of the shopping malls
l Liaise with senior management on efficiency or savings proposals and recommendations
l Work closely with different departments and merchant contacts to ensure timely and accurate product flow
l Provide the professional training to frontline staff to improve performance and customer service standards
Requirements
l Degree holder in Business or related discipline
l Minimum 5 years or above retail experience with minimum 3 years at supervisory level in a sizeable company in retail industry
l Good command of English and Chinese
l Proficient in MS Office application
l Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
