*  Associated Degree/Diploma/Higher Certificate with 1 year of relevant experience

*  Relevant professional qualifications in property management is an advantage

*  Self-motivated, service-oriented, good interpersonal skills and able to work independently;

* Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;

* Knowledge in using MS word and Excel is desirable;
