Job Description

• Manage replenishment plans to ensure that sales are optimized and stores are without missing skis
• Prepare sales and stock reports for product reordering and planning for new product launch
• Evaluate stock level and sell through by location (HK and regional), and recommend stock allocation / replenishment / transfers
• Monitor and control merchandise allocations between countries, follow up delivery and shipment and moniotor stock allocation
• Provides data to the Sales team to achieve seasonal and annual sales, profit, and inventory management objectives for assigned accounts
• Creates and indentifies business opportunities by reviewing and analyzing sales forecasts and merchandise plans
• Manages business weekly.  Analyzes stores to plan Vs. LY as well as actual sales at the store and style level
• Forecasts in season performance on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis. 
• Distributes appropriate reporting to business leaders weekly to ensure transparency of information.
• Works closely with warehouse ad logistics to make sure all products are received and shipped within the calendar flow
• Prepares, in cooperation with Product Development and Production, wholesale planning and projections

Requirements

•  5 year relevant work experience.  Passionate about Fashion / Lifestyle
• Extremely organized, with strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with forecasting software and ERP systems and strong Excel skills
• A high analytical aptitude
• Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and react to changing priorities in a challenging, fast-paced environment 
• Anticipates potential challenges or obstacles, and timely identifies and implements solutions
• Communicates effectively and professionally
