Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage total Sales Program and Long Term Sales Program balance
- Prepare analysis report on sales program with the company sales strategic plan
- Work closely with A/R on charge back issue
- Partner with internal teams to control and execute budget
- Provide training and share policy with sales team
- Responsible for monthly forecast and closing analysis report
Requirement:
- Diploma holder with relevant experience
- Good command of written and spoken in English.
- Experience in a fast-paced FMCG or similar environment
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with an ability to build good team relationships
- Well-manage on coaching, developing and leading teams to achieve high standards
- Able to write and speak Korean is preferable
