Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide services to corporate customers such billing adjustment, relocation and service agreements renewal
- Handle second tier business complaints
- Handle enquiries / complaint cases from pressure group
- Prepare reports and update customers' records
- Other ad hoc duties
Requirements:
- Form 5 / DSE
- Experience in customer service / account servicing to corporate customers
- Good computer knowledge on MS Office
- Good command of written Chinese and English and conversational in spoken English and Mandarin
- Candidate with less experience will consider as officer.
