Job Description

Our client is a French pharmaceutical laboratory specializing in dermo-cosmetics and pharmaceuticals products for babies and senior.
 
 
Responsibilities
 
- Sales analyse and Business management:

  • Sales forecasts understanding and analysis
  • Contracts updates
  • Development, management and regular updating of reporting tools
  • Regulatory follow up


- Support to distributors:

  • Answer the demands of distributors (sending samples and new products, logistic and administrative support for product tests, registration, etc.) on a daily basis
  • Assist distributors with local sales reports and ensure the monthly reception. (sales reporting, marketing)
  • Remind distributors in case of late payment, at the request of the headquarter
  • Manage quality complaints
  • Sales Force Management App: Provide interface between developers and users


- Global support to Regional Office:

  • Ensure the day-to-day management of the regional office (mail, meeting rooms, supplies, order processing and invoices, samples requests ...)
  • Be the interface between the HK office and headquarters to help coordinate the activities
  • Assist in the practical organization of the APAC annual seminar, training seminars and regional congresses as appropriate
  • Participate to the yearly budget elaboration – Follow up budget management during the year
  • Assist the Area Director

 

Requirement:

- Bachelor degree;
- Previous experience in  sales management and business Analysis;
- Proficiency in Excel;
- Foreign languages: perfectly fluent in English - French and Cantonese would be a plus;
- Analysis-minded;
- Written communication skills;
- Client orientation;
- Organizational skills, Autonomy;
- Attention to detail.
