Responsibilities

Handle customer's enquiries,

overseas agent correspondence and documentation

Co-ordinate with operations and overseas office on airfreight shipment ex HKG to worldwide or other cross-trade shipment

Follow up on overseas routing orders and bookings from customers

Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure compliance with company’s and customer’s standard operating procedure

Qualifications

HKDSE or above with 2-4 years of customer services experience in freight forwarding industry

Knowledge of handling air freight shipments

Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin

Hands-on PC operations including MS office and Chinese Word Processing Responsible, pro-active and attention to details

Be a good team player and able to work under pressure
