Duties & responsibilities:

• To handle customer shipping orders and enquiries
• To organize shipment schedules for inbound and outbound shipments
• To coordinate with team members, internal departments and overseas stations to monitor the shipment schedules as well as services provided to customers
• Sales support and administration

Requirements:

• F.5/DSE or above
• Fresh graduate with relevant intern or summer job experience will be considered for the post of CS Coordinator
• 1-2 years working experience in customer service field, preferably in e-commerce, air express, freight forwarding or cargo industry BUT not a MUST
• Alternate Saturday off with Bank holidays
• Good communication and organization skills
• Good English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an asset
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and a good team player
• Good computer knowledge
