About Our Client

Our client is a Consumer Electronic Company. To cope with their expansion, they are now looking for a Sales & Marketing Director to lead the team.

Responsibilities

• Develop the appropriate short-medium-long term sales strategy and go-to-market plans
• Accountable for new business growth through identifying attractive prospects and secure initial meetings with key decision makers
• Develop and evolve list of target prospects and create relationships with key decision makers and all other appropriate levels
• Lead 3 teams - Business Development, Account Servicing and Channel Marketing
• Promote existing and prospective clients about the functionality and capabilities of the company's new product
• Partner with Product Development department to develop new products from conceptualization to prototype
• Diversify expansion of services among existing clients and the broader positioning of the company in the marketplace.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing/ Business Administration/ Communications or related disciplines
• 10+ years of relevant experience in Consumer Electronics and business development
• Proven business development success via consultative selling to VP and C-level
• A true marketer - understands integrated marketing levers, customer centric; detail-oriented along with strong analytical skills and business acumen
• Strong negotiating and influencing skills
• Can do attitude, quick learner, independent and self-motivated
• International mind set and or educated overseas or worked in multi-national company
