Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Handle incoming calls, customer orders, delivery arrangement, invoice
  • adjustment and complaints
  • Follow up customer request in a professional way

Requirements:

  • Form 6 or above with minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
  • Knowledge in SAP is preferable
  • Good telephone manner and communication skills
  • Customer oriented, self motivated, commitment and good team work
  • Able to work with multi-tasking capability and under pressure
  • Proficiency in Chinese Word Processing and MS Office
  • Good at spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Immediate available is preferred
