Responsibilities:

• Explore and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and maximize business opportunities;
• Prepare and execute sales plans;
• Build, lead, motivate and manage team development and maintain a positive, aggressive team culture and the service standard;
• Promote the company culture throughout the district;
• Key contact point for lining up front line teams and other internal departments;
• Recommend product and service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales volume;
• Prepare reports to senior management for operations, business development, strategies and planning;
• Work closely with marketing team for promotions and campaigns;
• Coordinate with various departments to compliance with policies and procedures;
• Other ad-hoc projects and promotions assigned by management;

Requirement:

• High Diploma or above in Business related discipline;
• At least 5 years sales experience with 3 years supervising experience, preferably in service industry;
• Good communication, problem solving skill, result oriented and able to work independently under pressure;
• Well-organized and detail-minded;
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English;
• Immediate available is highly preferred;
