Responsibilities:

• Handle customers inquiries;
• Follow-up complaints;
• Coordinating with other departments to maintain customer satisfaction;
• Assist in various ad-hoc duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above / related disciplines;
• At least 1-2 years relevant experience in sales/customer services;
• Less experience will also be considered as Assistant;
• Excellent telephone manner with good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin;
• Speedy and accurate English & Chinese typing are essential;
• Attention to details and able to work indecently;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.

Working Hours

• 5.5 days [Monday to Friday 09:00 - 18:00; Saturday(Alternate) 09:00 - 13:00]
