Magnetic Asia is looking for a enthusiastic event sales person to join the Commercial team.

Key responsibilities: 

• Support all daily business for the Commercial Team
• Identify new market and client segment opportunities and work with the team on the design of winning strategies to convert quality business leads to opportunities
• Create sales materials independently, e.g. sales deck, proposal and case study, etc.
• Source and communicate market intelligence of relevant events and industry happenings to the commercial team
• Maintain and manage a healthy pipeline and CRM
• Management of existing accounts as directed by the Head of Sponsorship & Partnership
• Participate in other music, arts and cultural events, industry conferences, exhibitions and networking events on behalf of Magnetic Asia

Knowledge sought: 

• Proven track record of access to leading local and international brands
• Proven track record of securing quality business leads
• 4+ years’ solid working experience in any of the following areas: event sponsorship, event management, business development
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiating & influencing skills with well-honed and developed networking abilities
• Strong knowledge of market trends and initiatives
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Good knowledge or understanding of music, arts and cultural events in Hong Kong and / or in the region
• Excellent in both written and oral communication – fluent English is a must, Cantonese and Mandarin is preferable
• Flexible in working hours
