WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

• Communicate closely between office and shops to ensure smooth daily operations
• Provide administrative support to Sales and Operations Team for preparing sales analysis reports and handle operational issues
• Make proposals and formulate Incentive Schemes for boosting sales
• Work with Finance Team for the monthly Sales Commission Report
• Coordinate with internal parties and ensure efficient stock and inventory management, replenishment and delivery arrangements
• Liaise with shops and vendors for daily shop maintenance, including cleaning and repairing
• Assist in sourcing new vendors for hardware supply
• Handle ad hoc projects assigned by Manager

YOU NEED TO BE...

• Degree holder with at least 4 years relevant experience in retail or related industry
• Good analytical skills with strong sense to figures
• Well-organized, detailed-minded, self-motivated and good sense of responsibility
• Strong in communicating with parties from different background at all levels
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
• Work Location: Wong Chuk Hang
