Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform gap analyses between service required vs. standard offer provided for new clients
- Translate client instructions or requirements into operational language using process engineering or design for manufacturability methodologies
- Handle program documents including updating and preparing program summaries as well as other administrative tasks
- Conduct program operationalization training for the network
- Set up internal program monitoring tools
- Review program performance regularly with the client and key account manager
- Handle client complaints and facilitate resolutions real time
- Facilitate continuous improvement through projects in conjunction with operations, IT and various process teams
- Lead program change management using program design best practices
- Ensure program success by maintaining strong business relationships with clients
- Carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by line manager
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in any disciplines
- 1-2 years of work experience in program management at the consumer product testing/inspection
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Cantonese / Mandarin preferable
- Proficient in MS Office application (Excel, Word, Power Point etc.)
- Able to deliver the client’s expectation to the operations and facilitate the offices at overseas
- Logical and critical thinking, strong analytical ability; can analyze data and look for trends
- Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Good planning, organizing, project management and process improvement skills
- Self-motivated, responsible, patient, customer-oriented and detail-oriented
