Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide professional customer service in office via phone and email
- Perform phone service and answering inquiries from corporate clients
- Develop long-term relationship with existing B2B clients
Job Requirement:
- Higher diploma or above
- Experienced in B2B customer service or call center is advantageous
- 1-8 years of relevant working experience
- Good command on speaking in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a plus
