Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist to supervise CS team performance
- Follow-up with customer enquiries and order booking via multiple communication channels
- Follow-up with customer retention and complaint cases
- Understand customer needs in order to recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction
- Prepare relevant reports to supervisor.
- Assist in various ad-hoc duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Degree holder is preferrable.
- At least 2 years' solid experience in handling customer enquiries and complaints
- Customer focused with excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
(Good written English & Chinese is must)
- Speedy and accurate English & Chinese typing are essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Immediate available is highly preferred
