Job Description

Reporting to the Channel Development Manager, you will be responsible for delivering assigned Top line and Bottom line of target channel by implementing channel strategy accordingly, ensuring brand positioning and promotions align with marketing strategy and enhanced customer relationship to ensure in-store execution excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned channel & responsible for assigned channel sales (Top line), profitability (bottom line) and market share.
  • Formulate and execute business plan, product launch plan and business review with assigned channel.
  • Plan and execute sales forecast to ensure in-store execution excellence in product portfolio and performance.
  • Work closely with Marketing & Sales Administration to execute the promotion plan.
  • Negotiate best listing and promotion terms with assigned channel as business and marketing expenses plan.
  • Obtain market intelligent and provide insight for channel strategy.


Requirements
:

  • University graduate.
  • At least five years relevant key account management experience in FMCG, experience in beverage is an advantage.
  • Strong business acumen with good presentation, negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Strong initiative and self-disciplined. Result-oriented while work well with team.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Cantonese.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Power point.
