Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries, provide program and product information
• Prepare quotation of IT solutions & services to potential customers 
• Internal support the product team
• Call down to customers for the case follow up
• Follow up the license renewal cases 

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above
• Minimum 2 years inside sales / telesales working experience, IT industry is highly preferred
• Good communication skill
• Fluent in Chinese, high proficient in English. Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Excellent Customer Services skill with up-selling mind set
• Soft skill training will be provided
