• Key responsibilities:

  • Handle Hot Line Enquires
  • Arrange on site service to customers
  • Co-ordinate and work closely with internal staff and customers

  Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above with 1-2 years working experience
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill with Good telephone manner
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word & Chinese fonts input
  • Fair at spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
