Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Handling general customer's enquiries and complaints in professional manners
- Providing excellent customer service to customers
- Giving advise on customers' travel plan and issuing flight tickets
- Ensuring service standards are being met
Job Requirement
- Bachelor Degree Holder is preferred
- At least one year working experience; preferably in customer service sector
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Candidate who is immediately available is highly preferable
Fresh graduates with Associate Degree / Advance Diploma will also be considered
