The Role:

You will work closely with the CS Manager and the whole team to provide our clients an excellent experience. You will help clients with their billing, account renewals and scheduling.

Remuneration:

-      Good base salary, bonus, potential for commission;

-      5 days work week; on shift

-      12 days annual leave;

Job Duties:

-      Help clients manage their accounts;

-      Assist clients with scheduling deliveries;

-      Handle any other client enquiries;

-      Issue invoices timely and accurately;

-      Co-ordinate deliveries with operation team and drivers;

-      Make database entries accurately and timely;

-      Perform administrative and office support activities; and

-      Ad hoc work as requested.

Job Requirements:

-      High diploma or degree holder;
