Following the Company’s directions / initiatives and in alignment with the Company’s Sales and Marketing Strategies, to coordinate marketing promotional activities, to follow sales plans, and to build up and develop long term customer relationships in order to achieve Company’s Clinical sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual sales business plan to ensure achievement of agreed sales targets and profit targets and broader total business objectives.
• Build relationships with both external and internal clients to capitalize on all business opportunities.
• Identify key opinion leaders and work with Sales Leader to ensure development of strong business relationships.
• Understand and communicate the needs and expectations of the clients to ensure to meet and exceed client expectations.
• Act as direct client contact to address and resolve client concerns.
• Develop new prospects and interact with existing customers in the assigned districts/ areas. 

Requirements 

• College / University graduate preferable major in Science or dental technology.
• Above 3 years’ sales experience in related discipline or an equivalent combination of training and experience preferably in scientific field with demonstrated sales success.
• Dealer management experience preferred
• Good in English (Business communication level) and Cantonese
• Good team player, reliable and disciplined
• Highly self-motivated, hard working and able to work under pressure
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft office
