Job Description
As a member of Marketing Team. The CAD/CAM specialist will work closely with business development manager, inter-company franchise partners, and country location marketing to develop training programs to internal staff and external customers. They will provide a full range of before-sales and after-sales services to the CAD/CAM buyers locally and consult customers to utilize the CAD/CAM system to optimize their production processes and strategically work under entrepreneurial conditions.
Responsibilities
- To promote DENTSPLYSIRONA as partner of choice in the Clinical, Dental Lab societies, universities, and laboratories
- To achieve assigned sales target
- Assist new CAD/CAM product evaluation & successful installation for customer
- To identify business development and opportunities
- Set up training programs and conduct ongoing training workshops for customers, KOLs, sales representatives, marketing people and technician related to CAD/CAM products.
- Support for building and developing an expert user-group within the region.
- Provide technical support, explain and demonstrate the equipment and software in trade fairs, exhibitions, congresses and customer meetings.
- Provide installation, product training and technical support for CAD/CAM products.
- Consult sales personnel and customer to assess customers’ needs and provide advices on product process optimization.
- Compose the product technical materials and collect market and competitive information.
- Track and manage the CAD/CAM projects process.
- Ensures timely and accurate transmission of customer orders and financing arrangements.
Requirements
- With a minimum of 3-5+ years of dental work experience.
- Good knowledge of dental industry and CAD / CAM equipment and software.
- Fundamental understanding for networks, data communication and network technology.
- Strong presentation skills and experience in communicating with all levels of staff and field professionals.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (preferred)
