Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact to respond professionally and courteously to all inquires and requests
• Professionally communicate with internal and external customers regarding online order process, order status, payment, complaint, general product information and tracking of orders
• Utilize Company training materials to gather information and execute Company policies and procedures
• Efficiently handle other tasks as required by supervisor in customer services team 

Requirements:

• At least 1 year Customer Service experience or telecom marketing experiences 
• Ability to work independently and enjoy talking to customer with friendly manner
• Well spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
