The incumbent will be responsible for monitoring technical staff’s daily work in Electrical Service Centre, replying customer enquiries via phone/ on-site or in writing with courtesy and efficiency as well as communicating with principal for technical support. He/ she needs to handle monthly reports/ RMA and stock take and assist supervisor on ad-hoc projects.

• Form 5 or above;
• 2-3 years’ relevant experience;
• Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills;
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing;
• Immediate availability is highly preferred;
• Work location will be in Fanling.
