Reporting to the Sales Director, the incumbent will be responsible for the development and implementation of sales and promotion strategies of Ocean Park, particularly for the Student Education Tour Segment. This involves identifying and developing new business opportunities to achieve incremental attendance and targeted sales revenue in relation to the student tour segment from the overseas markets, in particular the Asia Pacific region including Mainland China. S/he will also develop relationships with the key decision makers within targeted segments of the local education institutions. Also, she will be responsible for the  and cultivate business opportunities from the local educational institutions (both public and private organizations) for charter, day mix-in and Halloween Fest ticket sales business. Furthermore, s/he will attend education related consumer fairs in Hong Kong and overseas to promote Ocean Park's various education programmes.

Requirements:

• Degree in hospitality management, sales and marketing, business administration or other relevant discipline
• With at least 3 years' relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the field of tourism, hospitality or airline
• Strong sales skills and good track record to generate sales
• Able to work under pressure and meet sales targets
• Aggressive, ambitious, organized, self-motivated and independent
• Knowledge in sales administration
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Willing to travel to overseas
