Responsibilities:

• Lead sales team to achieve sales objectives & store’s standards
• Support Store In Charge in managing the store and daily operations 
• Optimize sales though effective implementation of business strategies
• Motivate and drive the sales team to meet their individual and store KPIs
• Ensure a high level of customer service is performed while identify new initiatives for improving services standards
• Participate in regular business review meetings

Requirements:

• 5-7 years' solid retail operation experience in luxury or lifestyle fashion retail with 2-3 years at supervisory level
• Strong analytical ability and self-motivated with excellent leadership and people management skills
• Positive attitude and demonstrated ability
• Results driven and customer-oriented
• Excellent command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS-Office
