Job Description

We are now inviting candidate of high calibre to join us in the following capacity:

The Job

To handle import / export shipping documents
To support sales staff to contact customers or suppliers as necessary
To perform general administrative and clerical support for the division such as car booking, meeting room booking, expenses claims, arrange hotel booking and business trip etc.
To perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

The Requirement

At least 2 years working experience in trading industry
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Responsible and able to work independently
Good command of English, Mandarin
