Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily running of the call centre in Guangzhou
• Plan resource and implement call centre strategies and operations 
• Manage cost and budget, be responsible for resources and revenue forecasting
• Review the performance of staff, identify training needs and organize appropriate training sessions
• Monitor random calls to improve quality, minimise errors and track operative performance
• Forecast and analyze business performance
• Set KPIs, monitor and motivate performance to ensure high quality services

Requirements:

• 5 years of Telecom experience in sales function 
• 3 years of working in Call Center experience with 1 year supervisory level is preferred
• Experienced in China Call Center management will be an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Station in Guangzhou (around 3days per week) is required
