Responsibilities:

• Handle & resolve high yield customers' inquiries, service request and complaints through service hotline, email or customer visit
• Secure customer churn through proactive / reactive retention activities and loyalty programs
• Simulate account usage through proactive cross-selling
• Maintain good relationship with customers & assist on various marketing events coordination
• Understand customer’s demands, feedback and report to internal business units in an efficient communication manner

Requirements:

• Diploma or above, degree holder is preferable
• Minimum 1 year customer services experience in telecom industry
• Good telephone manner, interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
• Customer-oriented and pleasant personality
• Well versed in MS applications
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, spoken Mandarin is preferred
