- Handle daily customer orders, goods return note and lens exchange request

Liaise with delivery team for ad hoc order

Update accurate and timely sales order to reflect the actual sales activities -
Answer customer inquiries and complaints knowledgeably and professionally
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- Diploma graduate or above
- At least 2-3 years’ relevant experience in sales supporting role

Proactive, self-motivated, tedious and hard working

Good team player and strong interpersonal skills -
Responsible, self-motivated, cheerful and able to work under pressure

Proficient in spoken and written English & Chinese -
Familiar with MS Word and Excel. Practical experience on AS400 would be an advantage
