Responsibilities:

• To provide sales, professional suggestion and information and quote services to customers.
• Handle and follow-up customer enquiry, email, order, quotation and contract.
• Build up customer base. Make good relationship with customer and designer.
• Site supervising (If need in some projects).
• Cold call and out-going contact with design firm, and prepare sample and catalogue for designer.
• Handle pre- and after-sales customer services, and provide high standard support to showroom operations.
• Prepare up-to-date project list, data for internal meeting, designer visit information.
• Up-to-date designer visit per week.

Requirements 

• Matriculate or above with Interior Design background.
• 3 years Showroom / retail experience preferably in knowledge of kitchen background.
• Good command of English & Mandarin.
• Good in Microsoft Office.

Working Location: Wan Chai
