Responsibilities:

• Handle documentation of sales & purchase activities, such as PO, Invoice, L/C and others.
• As a window person to Japanese vendor for delivery arrangement and price negotiation.
• Analyze customers’ request and summarize to Japanese Vendors.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above.
• Over 2 years’ experience in sales coordination or shipping role.
• Able to work independently, self-motivated, aggressive,well-organized and responsible.
• Good team player and with strong communication skills.
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, Japanese (N2 or above) and English.
• Proficient in PC knowledge (MS Word, Power point and Excel).
