Job summary

Supervise the team and make sure all orders have been processed completely and properly done in SAP, according to different cut-off time. Make sure all transactions done by the team are following SOP with proper Limit of Authority. Work closely with superior for any business or process change with suggestion or solutions. Report to superior of any issues encountered.

Job responsibilities

• Liaise between CS team and other funcions for order processing
• Job allocation in order to complete the task before the cut-off time and deadline
• Suggest to superior of any process enhancement or improvement
• Perform customer serving function in call centre environment
• Perform order processing activities
• Perform other processes related to inventory movement in SAP
• Assist in report preparation

Job requirements

• Form 5 and / or above
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Excel and Word
• Knowledge in SAP operations will be an asset
• Good command in interpersonal and communication skills
• Initiative, responsible and willing to accept challenges
• At least 3-5 years working experience in Order Processing / Customer Services
• Experienced in related business is an advantage
