- Work with logistic team in Shanghai
- Deal with customer complaints
- Monitor customer’s orders and resolve order problems
- Prepare sales presentations and product seminars
Qualifications
- University graduate
- Working experience is not a must but would be an advantage
- Good command of written English
- Excellent communication (Fluency in Mandarin)
- Good presentation skill
- Strong computer skill in MS Excel/Word/Powerpoint and Database processing
