Job Description
To cope with our business expansion, we are looking for the high caliber candidate to join our team. The
successful candidate will join our CS Team and is responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:
- No cross selling is needed
- To handle inbound customer enquiries on the account opening advisory guidance
- To provide quality customer services to our customer via phone &/or wechat
- To communicate with PRC customers
- To maintain good relationship with the customers
- To provide clerical & administration support to the team
- To handle ad hoc duties by request

- 通过电话及/或微信为我们的客户提供优质的客户服务
- 与中国客户沟通
- 与客户保持良好的关系
- 向团队提供文书和行政支持
- 按要求处理临时职责
Qualifications and Education Requirements 学历要求
- Secondary graduated or above
- With call centre (inbound) experiences is preferred
- Excellent telephone manner, mature and with pleasant personality
- Good problem-solving, customer oriented & communication skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Familiar with PC knowledge, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Chinese word processing is essential
- Fluency in Putonghua is a must
- Immediate available is preferred
- 中学毕业或以上
- 具呼叫中心(接听) 经验者优先
- 具备优秀的电话礼仪, 成熟及令人舒适的个性
- 良好的解决问题, 以客户为导向及沟通的能力
- 能够在压力下独立工作
- 熟悉电脑知识, 如 Word、Excel、PowerPoint;中文字处理是必不可少的
- 普通话流利是必须的
