About the job
- Manage customer inquiries and response to requests
- Handle and follow up issues with clients via email and calls
- Maintain and frequently update database
- Enhance customer satisfaction by providing timely and professional customer supports
Skills and requirement
- Higher Diploma or above
- Excellent English communication skills, Native Korean
- 0-2 years of working experience
- Driven and proactive
- Fast learner with a strong entrepreneur mindset
- You MUST have the right to work in HK (IANG is welcome)
