Responsibilites:

• Lead a team to plan, execute and manage a series of engagement events at the terminals all year round, including festive and celebration events with passengers, staff engagement events with airport community partners; cultural displays/exhibitions and related activities to promote local talents in different forms of illustrations and performances and seasonal decoration
• Plan and manage on-line marketing for large scale events by using different media, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and KOL
• Plan and execute Art Display Master Plan project of HKIA
• Develop customer service campaigns to promote customer service culture at the Airport;
• Produce regular reports and work with other departments on passengers' engagement events
• Manage annual budget and ensure expenditure is within budget 

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations or related disciplines
• At least 10 years’ working experience in event management from a PR firm or a sizable organization, of which 5 years must be at managerial capacity. Prior experience in delivering customer services programs, service contract management on building/ facility/ clubhouse facility and handling customer feedback would be an added advantage
• Good team player with creativity, willingness to think out of the box and outgoing personality
• Strong leadership, problem solving and organization skills
• Willing to work for long hours and overnight when required
• Self-motivated with strategic thinking and project management skill
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
