Job Description
Responsibilites:
-
Lead a team to plan, execute and manage a series of engagement events at the terminals all year round, including festive and celebration events with passengers, staff engagement events with airport community partners; cultural displays/exhibitions and related activities to promote local talents in different forms of illustrations and performances and seasonal decoration

Plan and manage on-line marketing for large scale events by using different media, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and KOL

Plan and execute Art Display Master Plan project of HKIA

Develop customer service campaigns to promote customer service culture at the Airport;

Produce regular reports and work with other departments on passengers' engagement events

Manage annual budget and ensure expenditure is within budget
Requirements:
-
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations or related disciplines

At least 10 years’ working experience in event management from a PR firm or a sizable organization, of which 5 years must be at managerial capacity. Prior experience in delivering customer services programs, service contract management on building/ facility/ clubhouse facility and handling customer feedback would be an added advantage

Good team player with creativity, willingness to think out of the box and outgoing personality

Strong leadership, problem solving and organization skills

Willing to work for long hours and overnight when required

Self-motivated with strategic thinking and project management skill

Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
