Job Description

Responsibilities 職責:
Handle phone inquiries from customer such as maintenance service, order status, billing checking, products and service news, handle complaints
接聽電話，解答客戶有關技術故障 / 賬單 / 產品資訊服務 / 搬遷服務 / 貨件追縱等查詢，處理投訴

Requirements 入職要求:
Diploma or above with at least 2 years customer services experience / Higher Diploma or above with 1 year experience / Degree with no working experience will also be consider. Good spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin is preferable
HKCEE / DSE程度以上及兩年客戶服務經驗 / 高級文憑學歷以上及一年客戶服務經驗 / 大學程度則無需經驗，良好英語及普通話

Day 日班 - 08:00 - 20:00
Night 夜班 - 15:00 - 02:00
