Sales Executive 

(Base salary + high commission)

Phonak Hearing Centre Hong Kong Ltd is looking for Sales Executive to be part of our dynamic and motivated team. 

Our hearing centres are involved in a variety of professional hearing care services including paediatric and adult audiological assessment, hearing aid fitting, cochlear implant pre & post-operative services, other clinical & technical support services as well as participation in outreach professional support programs to the KAM Hearing Centres in Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland China.

Duties:

l  Responsible for sales, follow up general enquires and issue quotations,invoices and delivery notes

l  Regular client calls & visits while delivering insightful counsel

l  Arranging delivery & logistics

l  Goods & samples checking, packing & relabeling

l  Developing and driving new business opportunities, maintain good relationship with existing and new              potential customers

l  Work with marketing team to formulate plans to drive business

l  Monthly Sales Analysis and identify areas of sales improvement

l  Attend local events and overseas exhibitions when necessary

l  Any other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirement:

l  1-2 year outdoor sales experiences would be an advantage

l  Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese & English is required

l  Good interpersonal and communication skills,as well as good presentation and client management skills

l  Proactive, Independent and well-organized

l  A strong sense of responsibility & ownership is required

l  Experience in Healthcare industry is preferably

RENUMERATION PACKAGE:

A competitive salary package commensurate with experience will be offered. Fringe benefits including 14 days’ annual leave, year-end bonus, medical insurance, education allowance, provident fund to the right person.
