Job Description

Job Description:

  • Support daily operation
  • Answer calls and email
  • Process orders and forms
  • Provide efficient customer services and maintain good relationship with our customer via Zendesk and Phone
  • Handling customer enquiry and follow up work when necessary
  • Any ad hoc duties as assigned


Job Requirements :

  • F.5 / DSE or above
  • Minimum 1 years' working experience in customer services or call center
  • Excellent customer services experience using phone, instant messaging and email
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of verbal and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
  • Intimate knowledge of customer needs and ability to provide solutions
  • Excellent analytical skills, interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Good telephone manner, mature and independent
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
  • Mobile Phone and / or Tablet PC Knowledge or experience is a benefit
  • Fresh Graduate welcome
