With our fast-growing business and over 100 locations selling our 100% locally made cold-pressed juice, we are now looking for business development talents specialized in hotel / restaurant channel to join our young and energetic team with friendly and entrepreneurial culture to run our business together and maximize our market share.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with accounts and achieve sales target;
• Manage the sales portfolio in assigned corporate account channels such as restaurants, airlines, hotels etc
• Enhance relationship with corporate accounts in order to achieve a sustainable growth of business including handling their enquiries, feedback and issues to their satisfaction;
• Negotiate with corporate account on the best trade terms and promotion plan;
• Analyze weekly sales figures to identify emerging market trends and monitor progress against sales target;
• Lead, coach and motivate sales force and make strategic sales plans;
• Work closely with internal department such as Marketing team to develop promotion plans and advertising campaignsfor maximization of sales margins, exposure and market penetration

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder with at least 5-6 years of working experience in F&B industry
• Exposure in dealing with B2B channels such as Restaurants, airlines, hotel etc
• Good command of English and Mandarin would be an advantage;
• Entrepreneurial and strong business acumen;
• Good interpersonal skill, independent, self-motivated and result-oriented; 
• Outgoing, presentable, and proactive;
• Strong communication skill and excellent customer service attitude;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word&Excel) and Chinese Work Procesing
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
