About the Job
-
Participate in R&D projects for Hai Kang Life's molecular diagnostic system;
-
Provide assistance in testing and validating Hai Kang Life's molecular diagnostic system;
-
Conducting experiments in the wet lab including nucleic acid extractions, DNA cloning, PCR, sequencing/analysis and basic microbiology;
-
Work with supervisor to improve protocols and develop new assays;
-
Accurately document, critically analyze/interpret data and communicate the results promptly;
-
Troubleshoot issues with experimental design and execution;
-
Participate in the research and development discussions and presenting research findings;
-
Contribute to the writing of work instructions, SOPs, and/or validation designs;
-
Lab organizational functions such as sourcing and preparation of reagents and materials, and calibration/maintenance of instrumentation;

Perform other duties as assigned.
Ideally, you should be/possess:
-
Bachelor or Master’s degree or above in molecular biology, microbiology, or other biotech-related disciplines;
-
0-2 years relevant working experience preferred;
-
Hands-on experience and skilled in state-of-the-art molecular biology techniques;
-
Good technical experience in design, debug and problem solving;
-
Mature, responsible, independent, detail-minded and able to work under pressure;
-
Good communication skills to communicate with colleagues at all levels and top management;
-
Positive, self-starter and willing to take up challenges to meet projects deadline;
-
Good command in both verbal and written Chinese and English.
