Requirements 

1. Assist senior scientists to bio-synthesis, formulate and to evaluate antibodies, antibody labelling, antibody evaluation, immune-technology and luminescent nanomaterials for next generation POCT devices;
2. Collaborate with team to develop of scalable process for the POCT devices;
3. Issue tackling during the process from materials to device/prototype;
4. Data collection, results analysis of experiments and report preparation.

Knowledge/Skills: 

• MPhil or above in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Immunology, or related field;  Able to resolve complex technical problems independently
• Plans and executes experiments and research activities
• Self-motivated executor and detail-oriented problem solver on assigned/ad-hoc job duties;
• Strong work ethic, adaptability, reliability and a good team player;
• Experience in project based courses related to photoluminescence material preparation and characterization is a plus;
• Able to work under pressure.
