Requirements 

1. Provide administration support to Manager, including documentation and projects’ activities
2. Assist Project Manager on project coordination / management
3. Assist in project control and reporting
4. Project scope defining, project planning, task scheduling, controlling and monitoring of project completion and progress reporting
5. Carry out data analysis and documentation
6. Arrange project schedule and handling the enquiries in daily operations
7. Collaborate with other team members to participate in product development 
8. Ensure project tasks are completed on time with required quality standard
9. Provide administrative support to team so that ensure the order fulfillment

Knowledge/Skills:

1. Diploma or above, preferable in Biology, Chemistr, Biochemistry, Business Administration or relatyed disciplines
2. Familiar with MS Office applications, Excel and Powerpoint
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
4. Good command of written and speaking in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
5. A good team player with “Can do” attitude;
6. Immediate available is highly preferred
7. Fresh graduate will also be considered
