Job Description

Key Purpose of the Job:

  • Closely work with Manager, Supply Planning, develop best in class supply planning processes, capable of flexibility in changing environments.
  • Build and execute strategies and tactics to meet or exceed overall business objectives and KPIs as pertains to supply.
  • Overviewing footwear supply planning process from seasonal calendar, sample ordering, capacity planning, monthly buy process, daily shipment to service on time and quality issue handling

Responsibilities:

  • Manage demand supply match and drive resolution with sourcing, supply chain, merchandising, product development, retail buying and sales to maximize business opportunity
  • Participating global alignment discussion and negotiate best practice and manage regional business requirement and expectation
  • Partner with global and sourcing team to continue improving buy facilitation and PO management efficiently
  • Drive vendor on time and continuous improvement
  • Drive inbound execution excellence with logistics, custom trade compliance and DCs
  • Support monthly S&OP process that incorporates input from various departments ensure the team is delivering the right value for the organization
  • Regular reporting team performance, potential risk & opportunity, supply related KPIs and follow-up actions
  • Perform scenario, risk & opportunity analysis and ad hoc reports and provide professional insight
  • Coach and develop supply planners at various levels and optimizing team resources to support dynamic and complex business requirement
  • Understand business acumen and demonstrate analytical and problem-solving capability
  • Support internal resources maximization, share information and synergize outcomes
  • Influences key stakeholders to take action that will advance shared interests and business goals
  • Continue improving the balance between job quality, effectiveness and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Supply Chain Management or Business related disciplines
  • 5 years or above relevant working experience; experience in supply chain, supply planning and sourcing is highly preferred
  • Proactive coordination with stakeholders on problem solving
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of supply chain business models, planning and forecasting best practices and trends
  • Practical experience in SAP or high end ERP software
