Responsibilities:

• Responsible for arrangement, bookings, etc for shipments
• Liaise with related internal departments and factory
• Prepare and handle full set of shipping documents and banking documents
• Data entry and general clerical support

Requirements: 

• F.5/ DSE or above
• At least 2 years or above working experience in shipping field for toys / stationery / trading industry (mainly for US & Europe market)
• Must have knowledge of full set of I/E and online booking with forwarder and shipping
• Experience in on-line booking (Damco or OOCL) and bulk shipment will be advantageous
• Strong in data handling (ERP or SAP)
• Detail-minded, quick-learner and responsive
• Proficient in MS Office
• Immediately available is highly preferred
